Objective: to contribute to students’ success based on innovative teaching and digital approaches

This cross-disciplinary program of the CAP 20-25 project accompanies the transformation of teaching practices by providing a set of services, including:

  • Assistance in course pedagogical and digital transformation
  • Design of training assessment methods
  • Creation of digital and cross-disciplinary modules within hybrid programs (on-line and classroom)

The Learn’in Auvergne program is intended for all teachers and training managers wanting to boost their teaching skills. LIA projects are co-built with the stakeholders (teachers, socio-economic players, learners, integration professionals) around the goal of student success.

Learn’in Auvergne courses promote the development of cross-disciplinary skills to increase learners’ immediate employability. Student adaptability and autonomy are strengthened through active learning. The learners, from various backgrounds, develop their ability to identify relevant information and digital tools to solve a problem, take decisions in risky situations and interact effectively in a multicultural environment. In this way, we create opportunities to develop skills that will be useful to students in their socio-professional life (knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills).

Our team works in conjunction with site training managers, WOW! and Hub Innovergne programs, in accordance with the talents policy of the target university, in order to contribute to internationalization and academic excellence strategies for the site as a whole.
